move to amend SB150 HFA Householder 3-3 on page 32, under “40 – WorkForce West Virginia,” by adding an appropriation on line 3 that reads:

“WV Summer Employment Program for At-Risk Youth…………….   XXXXX   $2,648,000”, and reconciling line 4 accordingly.

                And,

                On page 48, under “61 – Division of Human Services,” on line 5, by reducing appropriation 18900 by $2,648,000 and reconciling line 34 on page 49 accordingly.
